All order(s) over $99 will be shipped FREE Standard Shipping to addresses located within the contiguous 48 US States. Orders below $99 will ship USPS for a flat rate of $5. Excluding holidays, every effort will be made to ship your orders(s) within 1 business day. Orders placed before 10 AM from Monday - Friday usually ship the same day, and others shipped the next business day.

We will gladly exchange any item(s) returned in its original packaging or issue you a refund. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping your return/exchange. Sale items are not returnable. If you have changed your mind regarding your order that has already been shipped, please DO NOT refuse the package(s) as a return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
You are welcome to pick up your order at Papa's General Store 301 Main Street Conway, SC 29526. Please contact us before arriving to ensure your order is processed and ready. During the checkout process, you will have an option to select Instore pickup. However, for any reason, you can not select In-store Pickup and need to just call us so we can fix it for you! Please be mindful we try to ship all orders out as soon as we can, please let us know if you need to pickup so we do not send them out.
If you receive a shipment with a damaged item, please notify our Customer Service department within 48 hours or on the next business day so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible and file a claim with UPS or the US Postal Service.
